The table is sorted by phs number wherein newly established Exchange Areas have the highest phs numbers. Click on the Parent Study column title to sort by study short name, instead, if desired.
Note: phs numbers will appear multiple times if the parent study contributes to multiple TOPMed projects.

For studies with datasets that contain a Collaboration Required (-COL) consent modifier, a requestor (dbGaP applicant) must provide a letter of collaboration with the primary study investigator(s), as described in the Instructions for Online Data Access Request (DAR) for TOPMed dbGaP Exchange Areas (see “Letters of collaboration” sub-bullets under “Review DUC” section). The “COL Contact(s)” column in the table below indicates which studies have -COL modifiers and who to contact to initiate discussions of potential collaboration.
