2018 IRC Analysis Workshop at Michigan

The IRC is organizing an analysis workshop in Ann Arbor, Michigan running from Monday, April 30th to Wednesday May 2nd 2018.  We plan to start on Monday at lunch time and wrap up in the early afternoon on Wednesday. 

The workshop will be an opportunity to learn about how the IRC handles and processes your data, to learn about analysis tools and methods that the IRC is developing to make it easier for you to carry out analyses using TOPMed data, and to provide feedback on IRC plans and priorities. We anticipate having sessions that target a wide range of interests -- some focused on high level strategic questions, some enabling hands-on analysis and discussion of TOPMed priorities, and finally for those who want to contribute directly to IRC tool development or tinker with code.
